Hello, I’m Dr. Palmer.
I grew up in a small town in upstate New York, however, this small Massachusetts community has grown to feel like home.
My focus is on providing excellent care, and loving what I was trained to do. I developed a passion for advocacy and leadership during my medical training and was recognized with the AFMRD Resident Advocacy award.
It has become more evident over the years that neither patients nor doctors are benefiting from our current healthcare system heavily influenced by insurance companies.
This has pushed me to step outside the traditional healthcare construct with the hopes to provide accessibility to convenient care, especially when you’re not feeling your best.

Outside the office…
Those around me would describe me as friendly, enthusiastic, adventurous. My general mentality is, "I will try anything once". Outside of work you will likely find me outdoors; gardening, hiking, skiing, waterskiing.
My husband and I have a passion for world travel, and appreciate the perspective into other cultures that such travel allows. Exposure to such diverse cultures helps to highlight aspects in our everyday life that we sometimes fail to appreciate such as the focus on family and community, exercise as a necessity of daily life and fresh food.
I would also describe myself as a "foodie". I love to cook and am what one would call an adventurous eater. Asian dishes are a favorite in our household.
